Jeff W. Grigg, WMS is a partner of Oak Brook Wealth Management specializing in financial services for small businesses, medical practices and individuals nationwide. Jeff also serves as the technical analyst for Oak Brook Wealth Management. He specializes in financial planning and investment portfolio construction and research. Jeff also has in-depth knowledge of many financial and insurance products. 

Jeff believes in being an ethical, independent fee-based adviser for his clients in order to provide sound financial advice, ensuring his client's best interests are always upheld. Through working closely with his clients and taking into consideration their personal goals and objectives, Jeff can design a very specific financial plan for each client. Being fully licensed, he can offer all services needed to implement these recommendations. 

Jeff has 19 years of experience as a financial adviser, starting out his career immediately after graduation from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. It is from Northern Illinois University that Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to joining Oak Brook Wealth Management, Jeff served as a consultant with the Financial Consultants Group of Lombard, IL, and started his financial planning career with American Express Financial Advisors. He holds the current designation of Wealth Management Specialist and is currently studying for his CFP® designation.

Jeff is an Investment Adviser Representative with Woodbury Financial Services. He holds his General Securities Registration, Series 7 and Series 66 and is life, health, disability and long-term care licensed throughout multiple states.

Aside from his work, Jeff is a proud husband to his wife, Colleen, and father to his three boys, ages 16, 7 and 5. He enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, spending time with his family & friends, camping and anything involving the outdoors.

Robert Metz is a Partner at Oakbrook Wealth Management, an independent financial services company with headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

Rob has over 30 years of experience in financial services, and over 28 years of experience serving physicians and business owners for their wealth management needs. Rob builds strong client relationships based on close communication, value-added and a team approach to give clients the service they deserve. Rob’s business is built exclusively on referrals.

Metz is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Economics. Prior to becoming a wealth manager, he was with General Electric in their Financial Management Program. 

Rob is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). He holds his General Securities Registration, Series 7 and is insurance licensed in multiple states. 

Outside of work, he is a father of four. He enjoys hiking and traveling with his kids, playing very average golf and generally staying active.

Kelly O’Malley brings over 30 years of industry experience to her position as a partner at Oak Brook Wealth Management. Working alongside executives, individuals, families and business owners, Kelly’s highest priority is to help these clients achieve their goals in the most efficient manner. Her level of client retention reflects her success in this area.

Her many achievements lie in the fact that she listens closely to what her clients want and aims to deliver or exceed their expectations. She builds long-term relationships by staying in close communication with her clients. Doing so allows her to continually offer value-added services based on trust and dependability.

Kelly holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Prior to joining Oak Brook Wealth Management in 2007, her background included working at Financial Consultants Group, Inc.; business management, responsibility for customer services operations and client negotiations, and positions as Vice President of Special Accounts with Auto eDirect and Group Rental Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Kelly is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor with Woodbury Financial Services. She is a 3(21)on her retirement plans. In addition, she holds her General Securities registration and Series 7 in the States of Illinois, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Florida, and she is life, health and long-term care licensed in the State of Illinois.


Outside of the Office

Apart from her work, Kelly is married, has one teenage son who has a canine companion, and enjoys family, reading, cardio boxing and Muskie fishing. Kelly is on the Board of the Center for Independence, which is a charitable organization helping children with cerebral palsy become independent. Her son attends the Center for Independence.

Bill Heart is an Investment Adviser Representative and a partner of Oak Brook Wealth Management. He has been helping business owners and high-net-worth individuals with the process of asset management and wealth accumulation for 22 years. He has grown his wealth services business by earning the trust of clients and providing service that exceeds client expectations.

After earning a B.S. in Finance, Bill began his career as an investment professional at Olde Discount Stockbrokers in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. At Olde, he strengthened his investment skills and strategies which translated into a rewarding career with a financial planning firm in Lombard. He helped manage and grow portfolios with an emphasis on asset allocation.

Bill and his business partners have grown their expertise to practice together as their own firm Oak Brook Wealth Management in 2007, under the independent broker-dealer of Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. As a team of knowledgeable professionals, their goal is to provide independent and trustworthy advice while providing exceptional and personalized service. They believe that providing ongoing communication with clients ensures well-informed educated investors. Bill specializes in wealth accumulation, management in 401(k) retirement plans and individual securities segments of high net worth individuals.

When he’s not spending time helping his clients grow and manage their wealth, Bill is spending time with his wonderful wife, Robin, and 8-year-old son, Zachary. Bill also enjoys traveling and playing competitive sports. Mr. Heart is a Certified Income Specialist “CIS”, currently holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, and his state Life and Health Insurance Licenses in multiple states.

Discovery Meeting

This is where we simply listen. We get to know you, your family and/or business, your goals and your dreams. Financially and strategically, we get to know where you are now and where you want to be.

Investment Plan Meeting

We present our analysis of your current situation and make recommendations based on our discussion during the discovery meeting.


STEP 3

Mutual Commitment
